Overview
The Packing Material module allows you to create and manage a master list of packaging materials. This module ensures proper categorization and tracking of packaging materials used in the warehouse.
Steps to Create Packing Material
- Go to the Warehouse Master module.
- Click on the Packing Material submodule.
- Click the + (Plus) button to add a new packing material.
- Fill in the required details:
- Code: The unique identifier for the packing material.
- Length and Height: The dimensions of the packaging material.
- Packing Conditions: Any specific packing conditions or requirements.
- Operating Unit: Select one or more operating units where this material will be used.
- Base Unit: The base unit of the packing material (e.g., pallet, unit).
- Unit: The measurement unit for the dimensions (e.g., centimeter, meter).
- Click on the Create button to save the packing material.
After successfully creating the packing material, you will receive a confirmation message: "Packing material created successfully."
Viewing Packing Materials
All created packing materials will be displayed on the page, allowing you to review and manage them efficiently.
